Calibration

Calibration, a process to verify the accuracy of measuring instrument, is usually done by comparing the objected measuring instrument with a standard either national standard or international standard or other certified references. Quality Management System (ISO 9001 and ISO 17205) need an effective measurement system, including a formal documented calibration process which is done periodically. Thus, to support industrial need upon calibration process, since 2009 TÜV NORD Laboratory has been accredited by National Accreditation Committee (KAN – Komite Akreditasi National) to give the calibration service.

Our calibration scope’s:

• Temperature: Thermometer Glass, Thermometer Analog & Digital, Thermocouple, Infrared Thermometer, Climatic Chamber, Thermohygrometer, Enclosure Temperature (Dry Block, Waterbath, Oilbath, Oven, Incubator, Furnace, Chiller & Freezer)
• Massa : Mass Standard 0.001 g ~ 20 kg , Scale Electronic & Mechanical Balance 0 g ~ 600 Kg (with maximum resolution 0.000001 g using standard E1).
• Pressure : Pressure Gauge, Vacuum Gauge, Differential Pressure, Pressure Transmitter, High Pressure Gauge
• Instrumentation : pH Meter, Conductivity Meter, Refractometer, Autoclave, Viscometer, Spectrophotometry
• Volume : Pipettes, Dispenser, Volumetric Glassware
• Dimension : Micrometer, Hole Test, Vernier Caliper,Height Gauge, Thickness Gauge, Coating Thickness Meter, Dial Gauge & Indicator, Feeler Gauge, Pin Gauge.
